Are Component Repair Shops willing to innovate?
After many conversations with Component Repair Shops and their management, it becomes clear to us that innovation is a subject of interest, but actually doing innovation is something else.
Is that because Component Repair Shops do not know how to implement innovations in their daily activities, or do they want to stay with the old and trusted; because that works as well?
We believe that innovating also means taking risks. But without innovation, progress can and eventually will stagnate. Staying ahead of the competition and actually gaining insight into how your shop is performing, is what you really try to achieve through innovation.
Does your Component Repair Shop have a budget for innovation? Is therefore the willingness to innovate a fact? We would like to discuss this topic with Component Repair Shop owners, Managers and their Sales representatives, in order to gain a clear insight into this matter.
