Virtual Classroom Training
One major disadvantage of e-learning, is the lack of real-time interaction between trainer and student. With Virtual Classroom Training, “interaction” is added to online training. Students will join a real time interactive training session and finalize the course with an online examination.
We can also convert your company’s inhouse training courses into VCT sessions. Besides taking care of the online infrastructure, we will also act as training session moderator, to ensure a smooth training session with the instructor and your students.
What is Synchonous Virtual Classroom Training?
Synchronous VCT is Distance learning that reflects training situations in which instructors and students are physically separated. It is synchronous if the teacher and the students interact at the same time (real time).
Our Synchronous VCT are both:
- ‘Instructor-centred’ which means that the instructor is responsible for teaching the student.
- ‘Student-centred’ means that the student is responsible for the learning progress.
We use ‘Blended training’ that includes different instructional methods and tools, and different levels of guidance. Blended training allows the integration of a range of learning opportunities.
Our VCT is a ‘Multimedia-based training’, with various included media to achieve the training objectives.
Each Synchronous VCT session will be followed-up with a digital examination in our Online Examination Classroom. After completion of the Synchronous VCT and passing the online examination with a positive result , a certificate of course completion will be issued to the students.
What is A-Synchonous Virtual Classroom Training?
A-Synchronous VCT is Distance learning that reflects training situations in which the students are offered a VCT session recording, with the opertunity to contact the instructor for questions or remarks.
Our A-synchronous VCT sessions can be used at any time and are available for our students whenever they would like to review these recorded sessions.
Each A-Synchronous VCT session will be followed-up with an online examination. After completion of the A-Synchronous VCT and passing the online examination with a positive result , a certificate of course completion will be issued to the students.
Online Examination after completion of a VCT in our Online Examination Classroom
In order to test the knowledge obtained, online examinations are being offered to the students after the completion of a VCT session. All students log-in real-time into the online virtual examination classroom.
The online examination solution we use does not require a lot of IT requirements. You can even do the examination online on you smartphone. The online Examination Invigilator will offer to each and every student a code to enter the examination.
During the examination, the examination the Examination Invigilator can monitor the progress of the online examinations and verify by means of webcam connection if the students themselves are doing the online examination, without the use of unauthorized materials.
