First steps for HACE on the Asian MRO market are a fact!

Last week we have had the privilege to provide training to ST Aerospace Engines in Singapore. They contacted us with the requests if we could train them on compliance details with EASA 145.A.40 Equipment and Tooling.

We looked at their MOE and Standard Operating Procedures and during a workshop element of the course, we reviewed how their process could be improved and become more detailed. Especially the technical tool files is always a subject in our course, as many Part-145 organisations struggle with this.

As a Part-145 aproved repair shop or maintenance organisation you realy need to show control, by properly documenting calibration records, tool and equipment repair details and equivalency determination reports. We provided advise in this matter during the course.
